Post juice fast - transition into solid foods.
Day 1
Breakfast - canteloupe

Grazing through the day - organic berries from Trader Joe’s (had half of package each - blackberries, blueberries, raspberries) and one banana in the afternoon.

Drank 22 oz of green veggie juice through the day.

Dinner: homemade Vegan Tomato Bisque Soup with a side of Wasa whole grain cracker, so DELICIOUS, almost burned my tongue, that is how happy and eager I was to eat it :-)

Day 2
Breakfast - I had a crazy long day ahead of me and was craving something more substantial, so I made a scramble - sauteed org.tomatoes and org.spinach with Trader Joe’s Cage Free Organic Egg Whites. Seasoned with salt, pepper and hot pepper flakes - capsaicin in the pepper flakes really boosts digestion and warms up the body among other wonderful things. Served with a side of organic sesamy Ezekiel Bread and a fresh tomato. So DELICIOUS!!!

During a day - the rest of my berries, afternoon banana and green juice.
Dinner - All Organic Spinach Salad with all these goodies: Olivia’s baby spinach, red onion, tomatoes, toasted pistachios, dried cranberries, apples, avocado & home made dressing - olive oil, apple cider vinegar, salt, pepper. ADDICTING!
Served with a small bowl of tomato bisque soup.

My stomach feels fine, just gets filled up much quicker, and I can detect getting fuller much faster than before I went on the juice fast. I love that, because I always used to eat way to big of a portions without getting the stop signal from my body, so stopping when I am full is a HUGE improvement!
I am still full of energy, working out, kicking ass, taking names!
Happy Healthy Living, y’all!
