- lightly sauteed vegetables (red onion, red pepper, zucchini, squash)
- seasoned with salt, pepper and red pepper flakes
- green tea
- morning supplements (Chlorella, Turmeric Formula, VitD3)

I always use filtered water for everything and add lemon or AVC (apple cider vinegar) to my H2O. To sweeten I use raw organic agave or raw honey.
Finally had a chance to run to our local Korean/Japanese market for my favorite tea!!!
